Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded between the Seller, whose details are provided below, and the Buyer, who places an order electronically via the website www.belsstudio.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

BUYER (CONSUMER)
The buyer's name, surname, delivery/billing address, phone, email, and other order-related information consist of the information declared by the Buyer during the order.
2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer via www.belsstudio.com, and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations within this scope.
The product type, quantity, color, size, personalization options, and other order-related features are presented to the Buyer before the order is completed and are included in the order information.
3. PRODUCT, PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
The main features of the products, their selling prices including taxes, and shipping or other additional fees, if any, are indicated on the relevant product page and the order summary screen.
The total amount to be paid by the Buyer, including the product price, shipping fee if any, discounts, and other order-related fees, is displayed to the Buyer before the payment process is completed.
The payment method is selected by the Buyer on www.belsstudio.com during the order. The product, price, payment, and delivery information related to the order are an integral part of the electronic order record.
Prices advertised on the website are valid until they are updated.
4. BUYER'S STATEMENT OF PRIOR INFORMATION
The Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to examine the information presented to them on the relevant product and order screens before completing the order and incurring a payment obligation.
Within this scope, the Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed before ordering about:
• The Seller's identity and contact information,
• The product's main characteristics and personalization options,
• The total sales price including taxes, and shipping and other additional costs if any,
• Payment, production, and delivery conditions,
• The period and method of exercising the right of withdrawal, where applicable,
• Personalized products and other legal exceptions where the right of withdrawal does not exist,
• The return and refund process, as well as application and complaint channels.
The Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed before ordering about these matters.
5. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Stocked products, excluding blankets, are delivered to cargo within 3 business days from the order date, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Since blankets are produced to order, the current production time is specified on the relevant product page.
For personalized products or products prepared in special sizes outside of standard measurements, the production and delivery time may vary. The duration for special requests is communicated on the product page before ordering or during communication with the Buyer.
Products are sent to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during the order. The Seller is obliged to comply with the maximum delivery period stipulated by law.
The Seller is not responsible for delays and delivery issues arising from the Buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery/contact information, to the extent that it is not due to the Seller's fault.
6. CHARACTERISTICS OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Since Bels Studio products are individually handmade, slight variations in details such as stitches, measurements, texture, or placement may occur between products. These differences arise from the natural nature of handmade production.
Product colors may differ slightly from the visuals depending on the color and display settings of the screen used.
These provisions do not negate the Buyer's legal rights in cases where the product is defective or sent differently from what was ordered.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, subject to legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal. The Buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal before the product is delivered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a clear notification of withdrawal to the Seller in writing or via a permanent data storage device within the 14-day period.

8. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
In accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.
For Bels Studio, this scope particularly includes the following products:
• Blankets with personalized names, words, letters, or similar customizations requested by the Buyer,
• Blankets produced in special sizes outside of standard options at the Buyer's request,
• Other personalized products prepared specifically for the Buyer at their special request.
For these products, returns or exchanges based on the right of withdrawal are not accepted unless there is an error in the product's production or personalization.
The Buyer's legal rights arising from Law No. 6502 and relevant legislation are reserved in cases where the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly personalized, or sent differently from what was ordered.
9. RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS
For products where the right of withdrawal is applicable, the Buyer must return the product within the period stipulated by the current legislation after notifying the Seller of the withdrawal.
The method of return shipment and information about contracted cargo companies, if any, will be communicated to the Buyer during the return request.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, the refund will be made within the period and under the conditions stipulated by the current legislation and in a manner appropriate to the payment method used by the Buyer during the purchase.
The reflection times of funds into accounts, caused by banks or payment institutions and beyond the Seller's control, are subject to the processing procedures of the respective institution.
10. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the delivered product is different from what was ordered, missing, defective, damaged, or contrary to the personalization request, the Buyer may contact the Seller via belsknits@gmail.com.
The exception of personalized products from the right of withdrawal does not negate the consumer's rights regarding defective or non-conforming products arising from Law No. 6502 and relevant legislation.
11. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Buyer accepts that the information provided during the order is accurate and complete. For the order to be processed, the product price must be successfully collected according to the chosen payment method.
If the Seller learns that the supply or production of the product subject to the order has become impossible, the Seller will inform the Buyer in accordance with the legislation and will refund the collected amounts within the framework of the current legislation.
The Buyer can convey their demands, questions, and complaints regarding the product and sale through the communication channels specified in this Agreement.
This Agreement and the records related to the order may be stored electronically for the periods stipulated by the current legislation.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, fire, flood, war, epidemic, strike, significant disruptions in transportation or communication infrastructure, decisions of competent authorities, and similar situations developing beyond the reasonable control of the parties may be considered as force majeure.
In case the order cannot be fulfilled on time due to force majeure, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the relevant legislative provisions will be applied.
13. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the current personal data protection legislation for the creation of the order, payment, production, delivery, customer services, fulfillment of legal obligations, and other related legitimate purposes.
Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is provided in the relevant disclosure and privacy texts published on www.belsstudio.com.
Commercial electronic message transmissions, where necessary, are subject to separately obtained consents in accordance with the relevant legislation.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Intellectual and industrial property rights over the brand elements, original texts, photos, graphics, designs, and other content belonging to Bels Studio and located on www.belsstudio.com belong to the rights holder within the framework of relevant legislation.
It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the site content or original designs and visuals belonging to Bels Studio for commercial purposes without the permission of the rights holder, except in legally permitted cases.
15. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES AND AUTHORIZED AUTHORITIES
In consumer disputes arising from this Agreement, recourse may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts, which are authorized according to the monetary value of the dispute, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and related legislation.
Other application rights of the consumer arising from the relevant legislation are reserved.
16. EFFECTIVENESS
The completion of the order by the Buyer results in the conclusion of this Agreement electronically.
This Distance Sales Agreement comes into force on the date the Buyer completes the order electronically. The Agreement and order information are made available to the Buyer electronically.
